My mom, my aunt, and myself visited Kuches on 9/28/17 and should’ve left shortly after walking in. The wait staff was more in tuned with those sitting around the bar. There was a boil order in place (not the staff’s fault) so everything that had anything to do with water was affected. My aunt ordered the cheeseburger special with fries a coke to drink & an order of corn fritters. My mom had the cheeseburger special as well but with a side of Cole slaw and side of cottage cheese asked for no bun. I order the same thing but with just fries and asked for a Dr Pepper. There was no Dr Pepper asked for coke instead was brought a Diet Coke. The waitress quickly fixed that issue. However everything about our orders just didn’t taste good. The fritters were over cooked tasted burnt. Mine and my aunt’s burgers were very dry. Both cokes were very watery. The only good things were the fries, the cole slaw, & cheese options for the burgers. The pickles that were served were dry tasteless and way to thin.
The food is great, the service is good, but the owner is very rude to customers.
This is a place I used to go every Sunday all summer long for Sunday fun day. I was really unimpressed by the service there. Within the first thirty seconds there the bartender got a attitude with my lady and told her she needed her ID to get food. She had no intentions in getting alcohol whatsoever and there were also children there. So explain why she needed her ID? I can't say anything bad about the food but it is the blatant lies and ignorance of the wait staff that I will never step food into a kuchies ever again. What a joke and a waste of everyone's hard earned money. What a slum hole!
Good food & fun relaxed atmosphere. Good & friendly service. Big serving sizes. You won't leave hungry!
